Welcome to Qura Technologis. By using the Qura Browser, Qura Search, EraA AI, or any part of our ecosystem, you agree to the following terms.
The "One Qura Account" System
To provide a seamless "Sovereign AI" experience, Qura Technologis uses a Unified Identity System. By creating an account, you agree to Auto-Sync across all Qura products. This allows your preferences, bookmarks, and AI context to travel with you securely within our ecosystem.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using Qura products for any illegal activities under Indian law.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or extract the source code of the Qura Browser engine or EraA AI models.
- Harmful Content: Using EraA AI to generate hate speech, misinformation, or deepfakes.
Waitlist & Beta Status
Many of our products, including the current version of Qura Browser, are in a Waitlist or Beta phase. Features may change, and services may be updated frequently as we scale. By joining, you acknowledge that you are an early adopter of an evolving ecosystem.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, the Qura Technologis logo, UI/UX designs, and the "Qura" brand name are the exclusive intellectual property of Qura Technologis. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, Qura Technologis provides its services "as-is." We are not liable for any data loss or inaccuracies generated by AI models during the beta phase.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
